Our Team

The team you would have to leave the North Country to hire.

In a region this size, you are not hiring a firm. You are hiring the people behind it. We do the work ourselves, and you get the same people every time.

Between us: a Carnegie Mellon MBA, three years inside Amazon Web Services, six years running technology for a New York county, and five years building analytics inside a regulated lender. We chose to do that work here.

Founder · Quantify Consulting

Evan holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School in business analytics, finance and operations, earned with University Honors.

He spent three years at Amazon Web Services as a senior business intelligence engineer, where he led a VP-sponsored program that cut EC2 costs 9 percent across a vertical doing $25 to $50 billion in revenue, and built a revenue analytics dashboard used by more than 470 people across 500 account teams. He also built the customer health reporting for the largest customer relationship at AWS.

Before that he built the reporting backbone at a cybersecurity company and a technology integrator: a financial dataset that gave finance back 25 to 30 hours a month, a data migration that cut reporting cycle time by 90 percent for more than 200 users, and a contract costing system that eliminated 100 hours of manual work a month.

His first business was in Lowville. At 15 he and a few friends started an online puzzle store with a couple hundred dollars and grew it past $50,000 in sales, which got written up by Wharton and North Country Public Radio.

He left for Pittsburgh, Palo Alto and New York. He came back on purpose.

Allen Beaujon
Principal Data Solutions Consultant · Quantify Consulting

Allen spent nearly six years at BHG Financial, most recently as a quantitative analyst on the credit production analytics team. He built the visualizations and tools the underwriting team ran on, and worked alongside compliance to keep loan applications inside Regulation B requirements.

That matters more than it sounds. He has built reporting in an environment where a wrong number is a regulatory problem, not an awkward meeting. Counties, authorities and healthcare organizations live in that same world.

He holds a degree in economics from Indiana Wesleyan University, and he specializes in the least glamorous and most valuable part of this work: taking operational data that nobody trusts and turning it into numbers a leadership team will actually act on.

Conner Biolsi
Principal Solutions Architect · Quantify Consulting

Conner was IT Director for Lewis County government for nearly six years. In that role he rebuilt and modernized the county's entire infrastructure stack, stood up secure remote work across multiple departments, and significantly strengthened the county's cybersecurity posture. He did it with a public-sector budget and public-sector accountability, which is a different discipline than doing it with money.

From 2024 to 2026 he served as an elected board member of the New York State Local Government IT Directors Association, working on technology coordination across the state's municipalities, school districts, BOCES, community colleges and authorities.

Earlier he was a technology analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase, graduating from the firm's Technology Analyst Program and helping launch Chase's YouInvest product. He is Certified in Cybersecurity, and he is fluent in Spanish after two years living and working in Colombia.

He also co-owns Azahar Roast House in Lowville, so he knows what it is like to be the small organization on the other side of the invoice.

If your organization has an IT vendor but no IT director, Conner is the person who has sat in your chair.

Why we stay small

A larger firm would send a partner to the sales meeting and a junior to the work. We do not have juniors. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and the person who answers the phone in eighteen months when something breaks.

That also means we are honest about capacity. If we are not the right fit, or the timing is wrong, we will tell you in the first conversation rather than after the contract.

The reason we do this work at all is on its own page: we hunt waste.
