Privacy Policy.

This website does not track you. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no cookie banner, and no cookies set by us. We do not build a profile of you, we do not sell anything to anyone, and there is no marketing list to be added to. The only information we receive is what you deliberately send us through the contact form or by email.

Most privacy policies are long because the site behind them is doing a lot. This one is short for the opposite reason.

Our contact form is hosted by Airtable and embedded on our Let's Talk page. It asks who you are, how to reach you, what organization you are with, and what you are trying to solve. When you submit it, what you typed goes to Airtable and into our records.

We use it to reply to you, and to run the engagement if we end up working together. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your inquiry.

Because the form is an embedded Airtable page rather than something we built ourselves, Airtable receives the submission directly and its own privacy policy applies to it alongside this one.

If you email us at hello@quantify-consulting.com, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to work with you, the same way any firm keeps its email. If you apply for a job at careers@quantify-consulting.com, the same applies to your application and your resume.

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like nearly every web host, GitHub records standard server request logs, which include IP addresses. We do not have access to those logs and we do not analyze them. See GitHub's privacy statement.

Two pages load something from a third party, and it is worth naming both rather than burying them.

Our assessment page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google when you open that page. See Google's privacy policy. No other page on this site does this.

One case study, North Country Handymen, embeds a video. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which does not set tracking cookies in your browser unless you actually press play. Opening that page still fetches the player from Google, so Google sees the request. That is the trade for hosting the video somewhere other than our own server, and it happens on that one page only.

This policy covers this website. It does not cover the data we handle inside a client engagement, which is governed by that engagement's agreement and, where it applies, by the security and confidentiality terms your organization requires of its vendors. If you are evaluating us and need to know how we would handle your data specifically, ask us before you sign anything. We would rather answer it early.

This site is for people doing their jobs. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Email hello@quantify-consulting.com and ask. If you want to know what we hold, or you want a form submission or your correspondence deleted, say so and we will do it, unless we are required to keep it for an active contract or the law says otherwise. You do not need to cite a regulation at us to get a straight answer.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of old versions, because this site has never done enough for one to be interesting.
