The North Country is full of people who build data systems, run IT, and model finances for a living. Most of them do it remotely, for companies hundreds of miles away.
Meanwhile, the counties, agencies, and businesses next door can't hire for those roles full time. So they send the work to big city firms that have never driven Route 12.
That's backwards. We exist to fix it. Local organizations get big city results from people who live down the road. Local talent gets to do its best work for its neighbors. And the money stays here.
