As a professional services provider. In New York, professional services are generally exempt from competitive bidding requirements, which means most of our municipal engagements are contracted directly rather than through a formal bid.

That said, procurement is set locally, and we work within whatever your policy requires. If your county or municipality has a General Municipal Law §104-b procurement policy that calls for written or verbal quotes at your spending threshold, tell us the threshold and we will supply what the policy asks for in the format it asks for.

We have a W-9, a certificate of insurance, and client references available on request, and we can provide them before you start the paperwork rather than after. If your purchasing officer wants to talk through the mechanics before anything is committed, we are happy to have that call.

It ranges from a focused one to two week assessment to a multi-month build. Most of what we deliver is live in weeks rather than quarters. We scope it together in the first conversation, at no cost.
